[igx-list]: Can't copy text from list component items and headers #16580

Currently, I am unable to copy text from list items/headers. I believe this is a pretty common interaction and should be possible

I want to be able to select and copy the text inside the items and headers of the igx-list components
Describe alternatives you've considered
override the behavior through CSS
Additional context
In the Igc-list web component, I can copy and paste the text inside the items and headers. Not only that, but when I copy the text, I actually copy a list of bullets that looks like this when pasted into a document.
