Missing and misaligned icons in the TOC on Edge

1. Open the Blazor documentation on staging on Edge.
2. Examine the TOC for the Tree grid:

The "NEW" and "UPDATED" icons are misaligned and the premium component icons are missing. This is how it looks in Chrome:

This is probably already fixed as I cannot reproduce it on Edge:

Please test again and close as needed.
