[Bug]: Tabs component has see-through buttons in the Indigo theme

Description

When we apply the Indigo theme to the Tabs component, the buttons become see-through, and the text and icons from the tabs underneath are visible.

Reproduction

1. Open the Tabs - Variants story
2. Go to the last example - 'Having too many tabs will show up the scroll buttons'

Workaround

I have not found a workaround.

Is this a regression?

Yes. This used to work, but now it doesn't.

Affected versions

Worked before 6.0.0, not working from 6.0.0 onward.

I investigated the issue but couldn’t find any applicable solution that would allow us to keep both the tab and button backgrounds set to transparent without the buttons being see-through.
