[Divider] Wrong code snippet in "Vertical divider" section

1. Navigate to Divider > Usage [section](https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/layouts/divider#usage)
2. Note the code snippets in all sub-sections

Result: In most of the code snippets at least the closing tag is `igrDivider`, e.g.
```razor
<igrDivider Vertical></igrDivider>
```

Expected result: IgbDivider should be used in all code snippets.
