[React] Multiple broken API links

The API links for the following properties in these topics are broken in some cases the properties are not listed in the API documentation.

• DateRangePicker – there are no open, keepOpenOnSelect, keepOpenOnOutsideClick, disabled, required, show, hide, toggle, setCustomValidity props and methods in the API
• Calendar – there is no selection, activeDate, showWeekNumbers props in the API
• Snackbar, Toast – show, displayTime, keepOpen props are missing in the API
• Chat – the API links for IgrChatComponent and its properties are missing/not working
• Slider – hideTooltip, disabled, lowerBound, upperBound, discreteTrack, primaryticks, secondaryTicks, tickOrientation, hidePrimaryLabels, hideSecondaryLabels, valueFormat, valueFormatOptions, locale, min, max
• Button – href, rel, taget, download, displayType
• Checkbox – checked, labelPosition, required, invalid, disabled
• Circular Progress – none of the API links for the props are working
• Linear Progress – only stripped and labelAlign links are working
• Combo – reportValidity, checkValidity, disabled, required, invalid
• DropDown – toggleTarget, showTarget, hide, keepOpenOnOutsideClick, keepOpenOnSelect, DropDownItem - selected, disabled, value
• Mask – prompt, placeholder
• Radio – no API links for all props
• Select – name, required, disabled, SelectItem – disabled
• Rating – hoverPreview, disabled
• Switch – labelPosition, checked, required, invalid, disabled, name, value
• Cell Merging - mergeStrategy, cellMergeMode
• Column Hiding - showProgress
