Re-evaluate Slate

Slate might not be the best tool for the Job.

• Documentation will grow beyond Lua docs, it won't be a fit for use cases without regular example code
• Limited to restrictive Markdown
• Examples on the right seemed neat, but with examples becoming longer than some docs, it's beginning to look weird
• No version support
• No multi repository support
• Evaluate Antora and conversion options
