Tiles placed via script or gm command do not merge #94

Any tiles that are meant to merge, such as sand or dirt, do not when they are placed by gm command (EG: !ton 3) or via script (EG: housing). This results in a lot of ugly square looking tiles that do not blend into the environment in the same way tiles put in by the map editor do.
