No 32-bit version

Hiya!

I'm trying to play around with Project64 on an 18 year old laptop (Windows 7 Toshiba Satellite) and came up to find this tool.

Unfortunately, it does not support 32-bit computers.

Can you make a 32-bit edition of this tool?
