Capture public repos not in the Imageomics Org

Some repositories for Imageomics projects are not included in the Imageomics Org, for instance, the forked repos that are manually defined in the Org-based search. How would we capture those that aren't included?

Ideas include:
1. search for a particular tag (may require additional filtering to avoid spam)
2. have a manual list that creators can add the repo to (through a PR on this repo)
3. fork into Imageomics Org (then would be added to the forked repo list) -- Redundant and more complicated than just doing (2).

Implement a manual list of repositories that are also included in the catalog, despite not being in the Imageomics Org. Start with those listed in the comment below.

No. 2 seems to be the preferred option. Running list for repos to consider:

• jennamk14/autonomous_drone_simulator: Jenna made an initial release, but has since made changes. Does not seem to have been archived (no Zenodo DOI).
• OSU-NLP-Group/saev: No release or DOI.
• ixlab/vidformer: Many releases (regular updates), no DOI or repo code citation.
