Add error handling for unsupported modalities

If loadables are blank for a given series, or if series that do not have matching plugins are detected, we could inform the user and suggest how to remedy this. Maybe something from DICOM Browser could be reused here. Maybe we should just tell the user to go to the DICOM Browser.
