[Bug] Unable to open some SEG series

I am trying to open this study: https://viewer.imaging.datacommons.cancer.gov/v3/viewer/?StudyInstanceUIDs=1.3.6.1.4.1.14519.5.2.1.7311.5101.170561193612723093192571245493. However, when I try to open one particular SEG file, it hangs (the other two work). I tried on chrome and safari, and the same thing happens. I see this error:

I confirmed I can access all DICOM SEG series via curl.

One of them gives this error (series 1.2.276.0.7230010.3.1.3.1070885483.24432.1599221753.549):

Debugging looks like DerivationImageSequence nor SourceImageSequence resolves an image and the geometry lookup in getImageIdOfSourceImagebyGeometry can’t find a match, the frame is skipped. There’s no final “guess and load anyway” branch—the segmentation needs at least one reliable linkage (derivation/source reference or matching geometry).

I think this is expected since one of those SEGs has geometry that does not match original acquisition (the project segmented a superresolution image and not any of the originals). I will confirm and add reference here.
