"Digest" collection system

Be able to collect changes to content across the site on a flexible time interval. "Content" should come from webcomics that a user is subscribed to (all webcomics until we get more than 5 webcomics), new articles, and store updates.

... something like the top new article (maybe thumbnail + 1st paragraph), titles and thumbnails of subscribed to comics, notification of new store items for subscribed artists, and any restocked items you have flagged.

Yes, but could be useful for other things too, (eg truly automatic social media posts).
