Add new field type for logical values

There is currently no way to include logical (boolean) values in a data worksheet. When True and False are used in a Categorical field, an error gets raised as they are not treated as text values when they are read in from Excel. While we could override this behaviour, it is probably just simpler to add a new "Logical" field type for this type of data
