Command line tools to edit existing Zenodo deposits #218

Sam Lee at SEARRP has mentioned that it would be nice to have functionality to edit existing Zenodo deposits via the safedata_validator API.
I don't think this is something we should tackle in the near future, as when we ran into a similar problem ourselves (we wanted to change access conditions on a dataset without being forced to release a new dataset version), we decided it was just easier to change it via the Zenodo web interface. (Sam agreed that this was probably the easier way to go about it from the data manager side).
So I'm basically just making this issue to record the fact that this is something we could think about supporting in future
