Issue in running parametric_hale.py

hi,
I have downloaded the file

I am using current sharpy version.
I am getting the following error.

File "/home/avn/HALE/struct/sharpy/parametric_aircraft/parametric_hale.py", line 195, in
g1 = ga.Model('sharpy',['sharpy'], model_dict=g1mm, components_dict=g1c,
AttributeError: 'float' object has no attribute 'Model'
Please help me in rectify this.
