User with write access doesn't see the edit option on the quiz view screen

Expected Behavior?

User should see an option to edit the quiz.

Current Behavior

User doesn't see any option to edit the quiz.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Share a quiz with write access
2. Login as the user with whom the quiz was shared
3. Go to view quiz

As discussed:

In the edit flow, if a quiz instance has already been played, the edit button should be disabled (this is how our current flow is designed).

Issue: The edit button is still showing even after the quiz has been played.

Upcoming Enhancement: In the next iteration, we’ll update the flow so that even after a quiz has been played, it can still remain in editable form under the My Quizzes list.
