As a user, I can:

• visualise a network of stakeholders: concentric circles of e.g. beneficiary, beneficiary's direct network, community support, statutory obligation of support, populated with legends of:
  local authority, Public Health, police, NHS Trust, community leader

• see that the size of stakeholders corresponds to the number of contacts they have

• click to pop out different contacts summary info: job title, organisation and legend categorising type of role. E.g. Director of Children's Services, London Borough of Barnet, blue = local authority

• see how different stakeholders connect to each other

• understand different categories of stakeholder

• select a contact and link to Who? view page
