Don't insert operation IDs? Or different flavors?

This pipeline was developed for producing python clients. As a result of this, the operation IDs merged in follow python naming conventions. Since this is a generalized project, perhaps it's best to not insert these operation IDs? Or else should we provide different flavors to suit different languages?
