Move this to the ACA-Py Plugins Repo?

It seems like this would be a useful plugin for all to share from the ACA-Py Plugins repo and discoverable in https://plugins.aca-py.org. Could it be adjusted and moved there?

There is a Redis Events plugin already, but it serves a different purpose -- the sharing of the ACA-Py message queue.

@swcurran Agreed. Shall I work with Ry to get the repo transferred to OWF? Anything else that needs to be done?

I think it should be a plugin within the ACA-Py Plugins repo (https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/acapy-plugins). So it will actually be a PR to that repo vs. moving this one. Hopefully you know what would be needed for that.
