I want to learn more about this version

First of all I want to thank the people who are keeping this awesome mod up to date. I have a couple of questions:
Where do I read the wiki for this version of the mod? Changes between versions?
Also why it's not on CurseForge? I stumbled on this repository by accident. Where is this mod "published"? Where is the community for it? This is probably the best Industrial Craft version available right now and this github repository seems to miss any connection to the rest of the internet. I'm confused. Thanks.

There is no fully migrated high version yet, so it has not been released on any mainstream mod platforms yet. The build versions here are just test versions automatically built during development with each push, provided to players to help us find bugs.
In September 2023, sfPlayer's build server was damaged and could not be repaired for a long time, so we migrated the build process to GitHub, which is where you see now.
