Notification Notes

I wanted my shopping list to pop up as notification on my watch.
i can write notifications with the "notification notes" app from fdroid. They show up on my phone, but are not send to the watch.

i use gadetbridge and the checkbox for "...when screen is active" is activated.

Does someone have a solution, maybe with another, newer app, to write notifications?
