Could be a good idea include detailed list of packages required in order to avoid errors running the example provided (e.g. ISLR, mda)

Thank you for the nice comment and suggestion. My apologies for not answering sooner, I did a presentation at UseR!2025, and I'm getting back now to normal life.

The example requires the ISLR data set, from which the Carseats example is used. Many other examples are possible. This one was chosen because a lot of people have worked on the Carseats data set, so it is somewhat familiar to some people. I plan to post a lot of other examples that can be automatically solved using the ClassificationEnsembles package.

The true work is done by the ClassificationEnsembles package. If it is called up in R, then a single command automatically loads all the packages (which I think is pretty amazing). If there are any packages which are not installed, it asks the user if they wish to install those packages. For example:

The packages that are automatically loaded are (in alphabetical order):

1 Bagging

2 Bagged Random Forest

3 C50

4 Linear

5 Naive Bayes

6 Partial Least Squares

7 Penalized Discriminant Analysis

8 Random Forest

11 Support Vector Machines

12 Trees

The 8 ensembles are:

2 Ensemble Bagged Random Forest

3 Ensemble C50

4 Ensemble Naive Bayes

5 Ensemble Random Forest

6 Ensemble Ranger

7 Ensemble Support Vector Machines

8 Ensemble Trees
