Can't install on onn 4k pro

I searched all issues but did not find any about my problem. No matter which way I get the apk onto the onn 4k pro it always comes back with error about not compatible. Even using the universal apk, same thing. I even used an ADB app to install and still got the same error. Error mentions something about necessary libraries not available. Yes, I'm a developer in the settings. I installed another app just to see if it worked and it did. Any tips?

Most likely it's related to your device - some libs are missing in your system. Unfortunately this is out of our scope.

Installed v7 apk and it works fine. v8 had the problem.
