[Feature request] Player notification settings in modern Android

** Description
Notification player in modern Android has been changed to fixed layout with fourth and fifth buttons always shown and only them being configurable.

So in PipePipe they are fixed to be playback order and close respectively. Changing them in setting gives no effect. Trying to enable them leads to showing message about fixed layout.

It'll be great if you ported the way these settings are handled in Newpipe:

We don't have plan to modify this behavior.
