[Bug] video quality bug

Describe the bug- when all the "advanced format"are selected then every video shows quality (best quality)-2160p60 .
But all the videos are not in 60 fps but in regular 30 fps or 24 fps .and it shows "mpeg4" as video format while Newpipe and Tubular shows the same video in webm (screenshots attached).
Problem is that mpeg4 video lags when played while webm one plays smoothly. Mpeg4 video from newpipe/ tubular plays smoothly.

Frequency- some videos (music and tech channel videos).

Steps to reproduce the bug -enabling all advanced formats and trying to download a video.

Device (e.g. Pixel 9 Pro)- moto edge 50 pro.

Error report -no

Additional context- it's not a very big issue but to be the best and beat the rest we have to solve these issues.

It's not a bug but I admit it's sometimes misleading...

Start from next version, we will use codecs instead of containers to diff streams. Here is what it will look like:
