[Bug] Can't find option to auto translate caption

Describe the bug
in version 3.9.0 the auto translate caption feature has been implemented, but in the latest version I can't find the option to auto translate caption

play any video then check caption box

Check content settings -> default content language, and the desired caption will appear in the latest of the caption list.
