[Bug] Video Titles Automatically Translated to English Despite French Language Settings

Describe the bug
I am French, and all my language settings are in French. However, some video titles are automatically translated into English. I have verified that if I go to YouTube, the title is correctly displayed in French.

The problem has been resolved inthis issue #1037 but it came back since vers 4.5.0 (maybe the version before, I don't remember)

I have tested and found:

• the video detail page & local playlist & history works as expected
• search works for both original & english, depends on your input
• Trending, Remote playlists, Channel Feeds keeps the English title <-- Your problem

For me in the detail page it's ok too
But in history it's in english

Search works but titles are in english

I don't think this is a PipePipe bug but Youtube does this very annoying thing where they translate all video titles, description etc into your default language, usually very poorly. And the same behavior happens in PipePipe.

I follow several Japanese and Spanish channels and I want to see the the title etc in their original language (the way the creator intended), but Youtube doesn't have that setting.

For wathcing Youtube on Brave (or any Chrome-based browser), there's an excellent extension called Youtube Anti Translate which fixes the issue. I'd love to see it integrated into PipePipe!

Trending, Remote playlists, Channel Feeds are all in content language now. Pretty sure that's the best we can do.
