[Bug]Playlists no longer load all videos

Describe the bug
Playlists only load the first 100 videos instead of the full playlist. This has only started happening in recent months.

Frequency
Every time I open a playlist that has more than 100 videos

Steps to reproduce the bug
Open a playlist with more than 100 videos

Additional context
This started happening a few months ago, (I don't know exactly when, but I think around February) I would open up my comically long music playlist and it would load really quickly. I thought that loading speeds got updated and didn't question it, until recently after I kept getting the same songs when is I realized only the first 100 were loading.
