[Bug] vp9 as default not working

Describe the bug
Vp9 as default is not working even I select it in advanced formats it still plays
avc1 when I first load a video.

Just play any video

Um yeah they are sorted correctly but not selected. I'll check it.

Option to turn off avc1 and vp9 only

Av01 also does not get selected automatically when advanced formats are enabled. To force av01 as default, I have to select "best resolution" instead of 1080p as default resolution in order to av01 1080p HFR be the one that's used in every video that has it.
