Describe the bug
Feeds for niconico channels cannot be updated.
Every time I try to refresh the feed of a subscribed Nicovideo channel, it fails.
This is not due to an IP ban — I tested it across multiple network connections (all using regular, non-VPN Japanese IP addresses), and the issue persists.
Family and friends are experiencing the same problem, so I believe this is a widespread issue.

Steps to reproduce the bug
- Subscribe to a Nicovideo channel
- Try updating its feed
- Update fails consistently
