[Feature request] auto periodical backup export/import

Feature Description

🤗 hello many thanks for your effort on development of pipepipe.

I have a couple of android devices and wanna keep their pipepipe-s in sync. Pipepipe's backup export/import feature + syncthing works as the best. Just one little feature wanted - automate them. Export to file periodically or even better when some change occured in history or in settings but not more often than each 5(or any num) minutes , so as with import: inotify when backup file changed and apply changes, or simpler import periodically before each time-based backup export.
