dashboard-devbox image version should be explicitly specified

Now there's a risk of users getting updated to a later version without any input from the user and breaking their local environment plugin.

My suggestion would be to set a hardcoded version and when you want to publish a new version, just create a new commit on master. As I user, I can then choose when I want to upgrade my local env.
