Update keycloak libs.

The keycloak libs that are in use are for version 2.1.0 - very old.
Need to update to whichever version of keycloak we are using

The above commit updates Keycloak to 10.0.2 which is the version running on the IM K8S cluster.
The issue38_update_keycloak branch is based off the issue37_separate_search_and_depict_containers and fixes a problem there with the informaticsmatters/fragnet-search container so that RDKit is properly enabled.

The issue37 branch should be merged to master first, then the issue38 branch.

The keycloak functionality needs testing once the merges have happened.
