I did the tutorial from https://github.com/InfotelGLPI/manageentities/wiki/Manageentities-wiki
But I'm still with some doubts. So I wrote some steps that I followed, can you told me in what I'm wrong please.
- After installing the plugin, I set up as following:
- Is necessary to specified if a category task is used for calculation. So in Setup > Dropdown > Assistance > Task Category, set yes in Entities Portal:
- Then, followings the wiki, create a Contract in the Entity destination:
- On the Entity destination (Customer/Client), go to Management > Clients Management > Contracts, and associate the recently create Contract:
- Open the Contract, go to "Contract detail" tab, and fill the fields:
- Add a "Contract Day", and fill the fields, plus add a "State of the Contract":
- Plus add a "Hourly rate", opening the "Contract Day"/"Period of contract" created before:
- Create a Ticket, I assign my self as technician to the ticket:
- Create a task in this ticket, with duration, technician assigned and the step 2 task's category:
- I added a task as Private, and a task as No Private (Public)
- In the "Intervention Report" tab's ticket, add the before contract created, and create/generate a intervention report, but I'm getting these errors:
- Date, Technicians and Contract number are empties
- "Crossed time (itinerary including)" is in 0.00
- "Intervention with Contract" said No, but I linked the ticket with the contract
- But in the Contract the Total consummated is taken the time (Duration) of task tickets with No Private (Public):
