Infragistics.Controls.DataSource.Transactions missing

It appears as though a file is missing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clone repository
2. Update Infragistics package references from private Infragistics nuget repository
3. Cannot compile

The type or namespace name 'TransactionState' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)	

It appears as though a file in the shared ODataProvider project is missing.
