NQuads exports: URI not complete

Maybe it's not a general issue, but particular to https://publication-type-3.data.istex.fr/

When exporting to NQuads the dataset of https://publication-type.data.istex.fr/, the URI don't include the s for https:

This is not blocking, as redirections exist from http to https.

I said it's perhaps particular to this instance, because if data is loaded from an exported dataset (from a prior version of LODEX, where the url was http://publication-type.lod.istex.fr/), maybe URI are taken as is (perhaps with a replacement from lod to data, but without replacing http with https).
