Give better error messages when passing below min_quantity_tick_sizes #4
Description
For buy we can simply check for min_quantity_tick_size, for quote it would require some deeper analysis. The error message right now is just 'invalid quantity' from the chain.
Not a very critical issue for now, as the frontend can just hardcode for USDT. But more an issue for the long-term with other quotes.
