I am doing an inventory of Slack apps as this topic has come up a few times where people have suggested new apps to be installed.
At the moment the following apps are installed in Slack:
Donut -> for making introductions and scheduling meetings
Github -> getting updates about what’s happening on GitHub
Google Drive -> helps create Google Docs, import any type of file from Google Drive, and get notifications on new comments, files, and access requests — all without leaving your conversations in Slack.
GreetBot -> I haven't seen this in action so I am not sure we are using it.
RSS -> posting Google alerts for innersource in #track_isc_google_alerts
Timezone Butler -> For translating time individually for each person, to their timezone without bothering the others. I haven't seen this in action yet and I am not sure if anyone in the community is using it.
Twitter -> This seems to be used only by one person.
Can everyone weigh in and vote for the apps that we should keep and the ones we can delete to make space for new ones that are more useful?
