Top links on the Quickstart page jump down too far #1073

Describe the bug
On the Quickstart page, the links at the top bring you to just below the section header, which is a little too low. The header is being cut off.
Expected behavior
I would expect the link to take me to the header itself.
Additional context
This might be a limitation of Markdown, but if there's a workaround that would be great!
