We had a podcast discussion and a doc created with a lot of great feedback and next steps.

One of the primary feedback is to integrate our podcasting ideation with community calls and blogging initiatives that were discussed.

As for next step, to officially ideate the podcast as part of the InnerSource Commons, @rrrutledge has proposed that we'll need to do a write up of how the podcast will work together with the community calls and blog initiatives. Get ISC community feedback and review in our #podcast channel.
