Support custom JRE

Our mirth instance uses a custom company-(self-)signed certificate.

This means we need to add the company Root CA cert to the JRE's cacerts to be able to connect to the mirth connect administrator.

MCAL supports specifying a custom JRE; we use this to specify a JRE that has the modified cacerts file.

It would be great if BLAL supported this too.
