Feat : Navbar Icons Naming and Position Adjustment

I'm always frustrated when users can't easily understand the purpose of the navbar icons, which leads to confusion. Additionally, the navbar's current position at the bottom of the screen disrupts the flow of the page.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the navbar icons to have clear, descriptive labels or tooltips (e.g., 'Home,' 'CampaignList,' 'Donate'). Additionally, I would like the navbar to be repositioned, either dynamically based on screen size (top for desktop, bottom for mobile) or consistently at the top of the page for all devices.
