Ore washing should use tag inside namespace of Industrial Foregoing instead just global oredict

washing machine use c:raw_materials/[ore name]
and later convert it to c:dusts/[ore name]

I believe it will create a problem for packmaker and it really take me time to search code for answer.

instead there should be using
industrialforegoing:raw_materials/[ore name]
industrialforegoing:dusts/[ore name]
