[BUG] Watermark not appearing on exported Puppet

Describe the bug

I am writing this report on behalf of a user a5a2 who requested help on discord. English is not their first language, they appear to be using a Chinese character set.
A watermark is added to a model in Inochi Creator in the usual way, and then exported. The watermark is visible in the texture atlas and seems to have been applied correctly. However, when the model is imported to Session, the watermark is not visible.

Reproduction

1. Have a model in Creator
2. Export model to INP
3. Add decorative watermark
4. Complete the export
5. Open model in Session
6. No watermark is visible (see video file uploaded above)

Additional Context

On my own system using english/Latin text I followed these steps and it worked fine for me. When a5a2 does the same steps, their filename has non-Latin characters and the watermark doesn't work. As far as I can see this is the only difference between working and not working, but since this is a second hand report there might be more information that I do not have. More information would be available talking to a5a2 on discord.
