How to use it in Android App

Now I want to use it in my native app, but I don't konw how to input the sdk to show 2d character.

I don't have an android device on hand and haven't developed for it for years, so I'm afraid I currently can't help you there. Best I can say is that you'll need to compile Inochi2D for that platform (arm linux, dynamic) and write bindings to it from the Java side; then figure out how to pass that data to your graphics api of choice.
