Loss of codes/category when creating a code

1. I create a new variable.
2. I fill in Name and Label.
3. I select the “Code” representation.
4. I create a new code list.
5. I fill in its label, then a code and a value.
6. I add it.
7. I return to the variable representation.

Result: I no longer see the code/value I entered.

This is not a bug, but an improvement to do on how when the code is created. Right now we need to click on the + button. We need to make this process less error prone

• Cannot move down a code
  Moving down a code is not possible when first creating codes. The option becomes available only after clicking on “Move up” once, or after leaving the view and coming back later.

• Code management window does not close on outside click
  The code management window (opened via the ⋮ menu) should close when clicking outside of it, but currently remains visible.
