FastForward : redirect to the next page requiring a response #174
Description
Previously, fastForward was redirecting to the lastReachedPage (last accessed page)
In the case of going back and modifying an answer (or even resetting and going back further), which could trigger cleaning actions, it could lead to empty intermediary pages.
In #129 , we decided temporarily to remove the fastForward button.
We want to put it back, and that the button redirects to the first page without an answer instead of the last accessed page
