ElasticSearch default version #51

Hello,
Is it be possible to add the ElasticSearch non-oss versions to the elk package ? ElasticSearch oss cannot handle vector fields (see https://discuss.elastic.co/t/no-handler-for-type-dense-vector-for-version-7-4-2/223819/3).
