Wrong name for default kernel in jupyter notebooks on VSCode-python

Wrong name (Python 2.7.undefined) at startup yet the associated Python interpreter is the right one ? 🤔

And when going into available kernels, the right (and only) one appears as suggestion

We should find out how to fix this wrong default name.
