remove mc and add aws cli #340
Description
We have few things to consider in favor of this change :
- mc configuration is a bit painful and can not directly use aws profile file which is our new way
- more consistancy with profile on onyxia itself
- minio is not trustable anymore
The drawback is for user which may dislike this change
